Bring Your Attention to the Now. Listening. Breathing. Feeling the Aliveness Inside Your Body. Welcome Home...

My name is Ali Bullano, I'm from Richmond, Virginia but now reside in Denver, Colorado. Ever since I was a young girl, movement and music were always integral parts of my life. From dancing, cheerleading and gymnastics to singing and playing the piano, it was apparent that being active both physically and musically made me come alive. Early on, I remember looking on in curiosity as my mother would practice Ali McGraw yoga videos in our living room. It wasn't until 2009 that I found my own personal yoga practice, trying out different styles until vinyasa stole my heart. In March of 2011, I completed my RYT 200 certification and in November 2014, I graduated with my RYT 500 certification, both from Yax Yoga Concepts based out of Virginia Beach. Aside from teaching yoga, I have worked in music venues (specifically The Camel & The Broadberry - sister venues in Richmond, Va) for over 6 years. Being exposed to so many different types of live music and musicians sparked a vision to merge my two passions together. I had the resources, the venues, the knowledge; why not make it happen? So I did. Groovinyasa was born. And I haven't looked back since. Groovinyasa experiments with all different types of music and sounds, switching up the musicians and genres from class to class to create a one of a kind experience. After moving to Denver in the Spring of 2015, I opened Zenver Yoga, a tranquil studio in the West Highland neighborhood.

Let us take you out of your head and into your body. Come alive with your breathe and flow to the beat...
